I cannot believe how disappointed I am with this company. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have spent a considerable amount of money on their products because I’ve always enjoyed using them. Unfortunately, when one of my pans developed what I believe is a fault despite very little use and following all of the recommended care instructions, the customer service I received was incredibly disappointing. Rather than standing behind their product or showing any loyalty to a long-standing customer, they refused to help and simply offered a small discount towards buying another pan. It’s frustrating to invest in a premium brand only to be left feeling that customer loyalty means very little when something goes wrong. I expected much better from a company I’ve supported for so many years.
