Great machine, but Customer Service is AMAZING
Love what we get from the machine, but we had a defective machine after about 2 months.. Called to get warranty support.. Honestly, it was the fastest that I've ever had someone in customer service FOR ANY COMPANY in the past 6 years handle a situation. Not just the short wait to get in touch with someone, but the video support, followed by the replacement being set up. I checked back in my phone history, and the entire call, including the automated system, the video call, and having the rep try to help fix the machine, and then determine that it needed to be replaced AND THEN SET UP THE REPLACEMENT was under 20 minutes.. That is just unheard of anymore.. In a world where "Customer Disservice" is the norm, the rep was outstanding, kind, understanding and helpful. If more companies treated their customers this way, we'd be a happier world. Thank you!
