Very positive experience overall
I appreciated that the person I had the initial Q&A with was the same person I committed with until the auction started. He explained the process well, answered all my questions, and was respectful. The shipping process was quite easy for both the (graded) loose stone and ring, the latter of which ended up getting sent back. I was happy with the price we ended up getting in the auction. The only thing that would’ve made the process better would’ve been the time to receive the payment after it sold — it was within the window they said (7-10 business days), it just would’ve been better if the wait was shorter.

Frustrating order process but great value and quality
The product and value for the price are excellent compared to market. The one tech issue that significantly degraded my experience was with the order process. When I attempted to place my first order, I got a payment error notification and no indication that it had been placed, no order number or status in my account — it looked as though it didn’t go through, but the charge did. Apparently, that’s normal and there’s a payment hold that usually takes a day to clear — which would be fine if it was disclosed beforehand, or better yet, if an order with a pending status was made visible to the customer. Instead, I tried placing the same order twice more, which the system let me do, and then I had to deal with getting refunds for all three; placing again and going through the same process knowing it would take a day before any order info showed up in my account. There are a few relatively simple ways to solve this, and I hope Luvansh does as it would greatly improve their customer experience. Delivery was quicker than expected, the product is great, and their customer service was responsive. Overall, 3.5 stars rounds to 4.
