Horrible experience cancelling
Horrible experience cancelling, I called to cancel in May and confirmed over the phone, they didn't cancel and charged my account. Noticed the charges called in to cancel again, they confirmed, I called back a few days later, they confirmed again, called back the next day and they passed me to 5 different people, told me I would be refunded and cancelled. I called in again to confirm this and they said there was no notes, that I would not be refunded and that I was going to owe a final pro-rated charge. I had the service for three years and finished contract. Never again.
