I sure am sorry I paid thousands for this security system without knowing how often it would have problems, how impossible it is to get service and that I’d be locked out of my account less than two months after getting service. Now. I have blocked my adt messages because they are coming every minute or so. Then when I discovered the housecleaning ladies had unplugged a unit and I plugged it back in my email account began receiving emails ever minute or so. I have not bothered with calling adt because after months of trying to schedule them- they are ONLY available Mondays and Fridays between either early morning to midday or midday to evenings- I had problem after problem. I am not available for their morning times and after I received repeated attempts for them to show up as much as an hour after their end of evening time I finally gave up. Apparently, no matter how often I requested being and afternoon appointment instead of end of day they refused. The evening arrivals they attempted (after waiting all afternoon and evening) were always when I was sitting down to supper or about to ready for bed. Truly horrible. What company only operates their support visits two days a week? And why on earth would they choose the two busiest days of the week for one service area? Oh! Almost forgot. The security panel constantly loses the internet signal. Often requiring new connecting via my needing to input data. Now, because the app will no longer work for me, I am completely unable to log in at all to straighten out any problems at all. I am only able to use the Google home app for anything and that must be swiped off my Home Screen on my devices after every use or new content will not appear. I am furiously frustrated with ADT!!! The service is absolutely horrible. They might be nice when you call, but those folks should not have to deal with our attitudes because of the way ADT is set up as a company only out for the money. I feel very bad for their employees. It is clear they are overworked if they are unable to get to homes within appointment hours. I was unable to find a way to make a review on Google. Go figure. So I do hope this gets to interested people looking for a home security service.
