I ordered the CloudAlign pillow & 3 other items
I ordered the CloudAlign pillow, cloud cooling pillow cases, and the BodyAlign Cooling pillow for a gift for my daughter on June 21, 2026. Mellow took my money, said it was out for delivery, then said we denied delivery which was a lie. Never came to her address. I have been sending emails because they do not list a phone number. They keep promising to get the items sent out, and it has not happened. So 32 days after ordering and my daughter has not received her gifts. They said they would send it or refund. NEITHER HAS HAPPENED! I BELIEVE THIS IS A BIG SCAM! I will dispute my credit card charges. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE! They tell you something and do not follow thru. Joyce Nutt
