very good program and helpdesk
very good program , in first i had a problem with the payment due a network error , so i pay,d the next day (again) . but later i saw i payd twice for the same program . So i asked for a refund of one payment. And i must say they handled it very good and quick .A few days later i received my refund . 5 stars for the helpdesk !
