Ridiculously BS experience with these guys. They sent me the wrong part to my address, took me through an email chain to try and get my part sent to me, then denied sending me the part anyways because I’m Canadian. That’s absolutely criminal! You’ve taken my money, wasted my time, and refused to correct your own mistake? I even offered to pay for the shipping! Don’t use these guys. They’re unable to take accountability for their own mistakes. I want my f’n part. Edit: In reply to the company, for the awareness of anybody who shops with them; This is exactly what I am talking about. Per their own guidelines, an RMA is applicable if they send me the wrong part. That is EXACTLY the situation I am talking about, yet I was denied, and the company is feigning customer service online. This is crazy dishonest. Also note that TWO OTHER PEOPLE underneath me have had similar issues in the past couple of weeks. It was entirely a mistake of this company, something that has happened repeatedly to other people, so maybe just do the job we paid you for.
