Skeptical, but very pleased!
I read many reviews and most were not good at all. My 10 year old niece wanted a temp controlled comforter and wanted only this brand. I thought great. After trying to coax her into getting a different brand, she wanted Mellow. I purchased the navy blue comforter for $150 but then 15 minutes later found a coupon online for $30. I emailed Mellow since I couldn't find a phone number and they responded right away. They were able to cancel the first transaction. I re-purchased the blanket for $120 on Saturday July 18th and received it on Thursday July 23rd via Amazon. Perfect timing since her bday is the 24th. The comforter came in a big box and I did not open it so I don't know the quality of it until she opens it tomorrow. She said her friend has one so I'm just going to assume for now it'll be fine. My experience was 100% great. Shocking, but yippee!! I could have always disputed it with the bank if there were issues like many other reviews I read had. Sherry
