I purchased 4 king size mellow pillows and pillowcases. The pillows are very soft and exactly what I was looking for. I only received 3 pillows originally. You could tell one of the boxes became separated. They were taped together. I emailed customer service and after sending the information they had my fourth pillow on the way the next day. Customer service was very nice and fast.
