Access to my web page went down because…
Access to my web page went down because of some form of internal changes within Vodien. They then made some changes to rectify my web page access but minutes later deleted ALL of the associated data for my web page and although I can now access my web page, it is BLANK. All they could say is "contact my web developer" Contacting my web developer will cost me $$$ for something I did not break....Voiden broke it. Even though there are no logs to show I made any changes or even logged into Vodien, they are saying that its now my problem and I have to contact my web developer to upload my web page again. My web page was working 4 days ago, now NOTHING TO VODIEN.....outsourcing to another country save a few dollars in wages will cost you millions in the long run. I have referred this matter the Australian Telecommunications Ombudsman
