The pillow itself is great - just not for me :))
The pillow itself is incredibly comfortable and clearly very well made. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite the right fit for me personally, as I found that my neck pain worsened while using it. That said, everyone’s support needs are different, and I can absolutely see this pillow being perfect for someone else. The customer service was excellent—Rose was kind, understanding, and quick to offer a thoughtful solution!
