The customer support was excellent
The customer support was excellent. I had issues doing my impression and they scheduled me time with a specialist and sent me a new kit at no charge. The specialist made the whole process incredibly easy. Once my retainers arrived, I had some issues but JC from the support team helped me and made the whole process enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers and building a loyalty. I would only warn people considering getting retainers that they only come in 2mm size which I find too large to fit comfortably. I would recommend getting the 1mm night guards instead if you're not a heavy grinder and just looking to keep your teeth straight.
