I had received an email saying I could…
I had received an email saying I could get a 15% discount on anything that was full price. I searched for it to say, FIRST TIME BUYERS ONLY. But it was nowhere to be found. So as I went to make my purchase of 2 full priced items, it said it had already been used. I knew that I had not used it, especially since I rarely buy at full price. So I emailed Farm, and Paulo Victor promptly responded. After just a couple quick emails, he sent me my own code! I WAS SO OVERJOYED! I thought Paulo was absolutely the best at his job. And having worked at Nordstrom for 15 years and receiving many All-Star customer service awards myself, I know how rare it is. YAY PAULO! GIVE HIM A RAISE! Thank you! Lisa Marie Rubio
