I cancelled our service with Enercare…
I cancelled our service with Enercare prior to the annual subscription being due,as my house was going to be demolished soon. Sure enough, shortly after they sent an email verifying the cancellation.However, it has been three months since my cancellation, and they are still calling, sending the invoice, and overall, harassing me for payment. please note that they are acknowledging that I have already cancelled, but they still want to get paid for the service they will not be providing. I do not know what to say about that. There are no words for me to describe such action by a corporation after my subscription for twenty plus years. "YOU BE THE JUDGE"
