Good Product. Deceptive Billing
While the product and concept was perfect for what we needed however I was charged for a month of service after the Pod was back in their possession. I immediately contacted customer service and was advised I was incorrectly charged and told I would be refunded however she would need to file the claim and I would hear back regarding the refund. Twenty days later, I am still waiting for the return call and credit.
