Tried to cancel my service today. They claimed I was on a 5 year term and wanted the FULL AMOUNT to terminate early. I have had the same system for 20 years with almost no upgrades. Two comments: - there was never any contract signed for an extension and it’s fine to ask for an early termination fee, but it cannot be the full amount. - this is no way to treat a customer which you have charged for over 20 years!
