Booked 2 hotel rooms through Expedia by calling their 800 customer service line from their website. During the call the rep from Expedia asked for payment so I read my card to him. He said I will get an email and I would have to agree to the charges. So I did and paid the amount. 3 weeks later at the hotel I find out that the money paid was never sent to the hotel. Call Expedia and received the WORST customer experience ever. Expedia will not take any responsibility for their rep who basically stole my money. My bank is doing an investigation into this transaction and we may pursue legal action against Expedia for what took place. Never will I or any family member ever use Expedia again. I have now written 5 poor reviews to warn people of Expedia and their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS TAKEN BY AN EMPLOYEE OF EXPEDIA, can I leave less than 1 star I would for this review. If anyone else had something like this happen a class action case WILL be brought against Expedia
