Great communication
I was wary to order, given some reviews I saw on zero communication, but gave it a go (htpermobile side sleeper running out of options.) I ordered 2 body align body pillows, and a cloud align pillow. One of the body pillows and the cloud align pillow came 9 days after ordering. My head and neck are still adjusting to the pillow, but that's more my bad proprioception thinking I need to be higher than I am. It's cool and light and soft, but supportive and (as of yet knock on wood) hasn't really dented from head weight! Body pillow cover is so soft that I constantly want to snuggle up close to it, also still very cooling, and long enough my my 5'2" shortness that I can use it shoulders to calves or feet! Now concerning the other body pillow. I sent a follow up email another 10 days after receiving the other items. I quickly received a response with an apology and a reassurance that it was not forgotten about. Sure enough, 6 says after that, I got the automatic email that it had shipped. Not only that, they replied to the same customer service email to update me there as well, and to keep updating me to make sure that I received it! I couldn't be happier with how they kept me in the loop. (Obviously faster shipping times would've been ideal, but I didn't purchase expect the speediest shipping, so that doesn't bother me) Thank you again, Mellow!!
