Drone Trade in
After an issue with my 2 year old F11mini being lost I contacted Ruko to see if I could buy a drone only but sadly this wasn’t available in the UK as the drone was discontinued. Hailey suggested some options for me which I considered and thought it all sounded a little too good to be true. However, after many emails with me changing my mind a couple of times, I decided to take the trade in option to upgrade the drone and got a massive discount on another drone. I was concerned about currency exchange rates, customs taxes at the airport and expected it to take at least 30 days to get here in the UK. The drone was here only 4 days after ordering it. Now looking forward to flying it when this pesky wind drops. Probably the best on-line customer service experience I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service and I’m well happy. Well done Ruko.
