The sales representative contacted me via my preferred method. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time & was very amiable. He answered all my questions & there was no hard sell. He presented my options with the expected expense. The installer was also prompt, & his work was careful & professional. After installation, he explained the system & was not rushed.
