I ordered a $200 custom Tennessee Titans jersey. Package arrived today in a brown paperbag packaged with tissue paper. That being said I have cracking an hole in one of the numbers an looks very creases like happened when they pressed it or folded it right after being pressed. Been dealing with customer service on the phone an online for four hours now. They dont want to take any responsibility or even care of the inconvenience this has brought me. Os there anyway to post pictures here?
