Extremely Disappointing Experience with NeoGo Bus & RedBus I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with NeoGo Bus through RedBus on 25th July. My scheduled bus was at 11:15 AM, but it was rescheduled to 12:45 PM. I was informed about the change only through a message. When I tried to cancel my booking because of this unexpected change, NeoGo refused to provide even a partial refund, which was extremely disappointing. The journey itself was also terrible. The bus quality was very poor, there was almost no proper coordination or communication throughout the journey, and I was finally dropped at Transport Nagar around 9:00 PM. I had to face a lot of inconvenience, especially because I had to travel for almost 9 hours. What was even more shocking was the miscommunication from RedBus. Even after my bus timing had been rescheduled to 12:45 PM, I received a message from RedBus around 5:00 PM stating that my bus was at 11:15 AM, along with a message wishing me a good journey. This clearly shows a serious lack of coordination between RedBus and the bus operator. Unfortunately, this was the second time I have had such a bad experience with NeoGo, and after this incident, I would definitely not prefer travelling with NeoGo again. This entire experience was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. I sincerely request RedBus to look into this matter, improve coordination with its bus operators, and take appropriate action regarding rescheduling, poor service, communication gaps, and refund issues. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend NeoGo Bus to anyone.
