Best Buy Does Not Treat There Customers Correctly
I scheduled an at-home delivery and return pickup for a 65" TV for Saturday, July 25th. The driver never arrived, despite me calling customer service multiple times throughout the day. Even though agents admitted they could not reach the driver, they repeatedly assured me the delivery was still coming. Meanwhile, the live tracking map showed the driver parked at a single residence for over 6 hours. Because of Best Buy’s poor communication, I wasted an entire Saturday and missed a birthday party. To make matters worse, the only available reschedule date was Tuesday, forcing me to take a day off work just to resolve an issue caused entirely by the company. Best Buy offered no other flexibility or accommodation to remedy this situation. This is completely unacceptable treatment of a customer.
