Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Starting with the inability to get a representative on the phone, to the dates and times being changed over and over for each and every step of the process. This is by far one of the worst experiences with a company I have ever encountered. If I could scream it off the top of a mountain advising people to never use the PODS company, I would. I thought this would be a smooth option while moving 9 months pregnant but it was the complete opposite. The pod that got dropped off was dropped off at the wrong date and time. Then they tried to come and pick it up not even 24 hours later. This resulted in HOURS AND DAYS of phone calls trying to help assistance with a new pick up date and time only to find out, the next day they could pick it up was 2 weeks out. The pod was sitting in an HOA neighborhood and caused severe fees coming to us. Also, the pod sat there for weeks in the Florida heat with all of our belongings inside (we moved north to Illinois and could not do anything about our belongings baking inside). Never ever again will I ever use this awful company. And I will not let any of my friends or family come close to even considering it.
