Bad quality of furniture and after-sales service
Very disappointed with SINGER's after-sales service. I purchased two wardrobes from the SINGER showroom on Piliyandala–Moratuwa Road. After using one of the wardrobes, I discovered that the base of one of the drawers was broken. A work order was created, but despite waiting for a long time, no one has come to repair or replace it. I have called the person responsible for the area several times, but the phone is always busy, and my calls are never returned. I have been a loyal SINGER customer and have purchased many products over the years, including electronics, household appliances, furniture, and pantry cupboards. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me that their customer care after the sale is seriously lacking. I hope SINGER improves its after-sales service and responds promptly when customers need support.
