Leather sofa ordered is not real leather
I ordered the Bellini sofa, left and right chairs in full grain Tan premium leather. The chairs arrived quickly and shipping was great, but when they were opened it was obvious they are not leather. The fabric is a thick orangey plastic-feeling pleather and they look fake and cheap. The back side of the fabric is a fuzzy textile. I’ve reached out about an exchange, we’ll see if they respond. Update: customer service was fast and easy to deal with, they offered me a 50% refund to keep the chairs, which I took.
