Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I ordered the pillows after seeing great reviews. I tried out the one for side sleeping. The shape with the notch for your shoulder was great. Unfortunately for me, the pillow did not have quite enough firmness so I had to return. Customer service replied with one day (on the weekend even) and offered an exchange for a better fit. I decided to go with the return and they made that easy as well. I appreciate the promptness of the return and that they made it simple. Definitely a company to try!
