Good Site with Backend Server Issues
The checkout process timed out at least 3 times during the process and it showed an HTTP 503 response, pointing at Azure API Gateway Service (I recognize that is probably timing out talking to your backend, but it offered no insight). I almost gave up on the purchase because of that, so I suspect others are giving up. Separately, after successfully completing the purchase, a modal screen appeared and waited for it to occur, but then it went away and I was left on the purchase screen. Thankfully the email arrived confirming the purchase (and I can see the classic $1 placeholder charge on my card). If both of these issues were addressed, this would easily be a 5 star review. You all have inventory of the MacroPad 2040RP base board (and enclosure), but no one else does.
