May be Fraud ...
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an online seller. I ordered a part over three months ago, and I still haven't received it. There has been zero communication from the company. I've sent multiple emails to their customer support address and even tried contacting them through their app's chat, but every message has been completely ignored. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund. After taking my money, they have provided no updates, no support, and no resolution. In my experience, this company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.
