The items arrived later than expected and the quality was much lower than anticipated. The materials feel cheap, thin, and poorly made. The kettle also had a strong chemical smell that raised concerns about using it for boiling water and food preparation. Buyers should be aware that if you are not satisfied with the quality and want to return these products, you may be required to pay the return shipping cost back to China at your own expense. I recommend carefully considering other options from more reputable brands that offer better quality control, faster shipping, and more customer-friendly return policies.
