During the trip, we had difficulty making and receiving calls and contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Even from abroad, at all hours of the day, it was really easy to reach and receive support from a representative. All the representatives were focused on helping and solving our problem. A representative named Mohammed stood out in particular, who accompanied us via WhatsApp until the problem was solved. We would like to thank and express our appreciation to the representatives who took care of us and the managers who created such standards of customer service.
