who knows when it will arrive? poor communication
The item never arrived within the expected timeframe. If you’re planning to take your vitamins on holiday, be aware that delivery could take almost 4 weeks+. I contacted customer service through the AI chatbot, but it was not helpful and there was no effective way to communicate with a real person at iHerb. While AusPost may be responsible for the shipping delays, iHerb’s lack of customer support and communication made the experience very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from iHerb if you need your items by a specific date.
