Exceeded My Expectations
I never book through third party operators for fear of no recourse should something go awry. I'm a seasoned traveler although I haven't taken too many cruises. Maybe three or four in sixty years. Once on Carnival in my 20s and the others on top luxury cruise ships in Alaska, Europe and S America. I contacted this company on a Wed, and embarked on Sun. I steeled myself in advance for issues but there were none. The only slight hiccup was getting kicked off of WiFi then going to guest services and learning that the previous couple who cancelled still had their name on my room. It didn't prevent me from boarding, dining in a premium restaurant and charging to my room nor from entering my room with the provided key card so I may not have known at all had I not been trying to do some work online. It was all very easy, efficient and painless. Good job to Patrick and thank you. I would definitely recommend and would use this company again if not booking with cruise line directly.
