Not happy with company
Leaf Home Water had positive reviews and that’s why I chose them over other companies. Initial call to Leaf Home Water to purchase system went well, I purchased a complete home system with all the options. Its been 7 months and the system is giving me error codes, I called customer service several times to have a technician come out to look at system and was told its supposed to let you know. It’s been two (2) months since I’ve called with no return call for service and they wont return my calls. I called the salesman who sold me the system who no longer works for the company, but, was gracious enough to put in a call to the installer who did the installation. The installer did call me back, I explained the situation and now the installer wont return or answer any of my calls. This is a major let down! I had Leaf Filter install my gutters and had great success with them and their customer service.
