Great customer support, and the product is better than expected! Austin James was a huge help, especially with getting the correct measurements. I always cut things too tight when woodworking and end up having to re-cut, but Austin gave great direction on how to measure and reassured me that I was doing it correctly. Jan Marc gave fantastic support when there was a payment issue on my end (a keystroke error on my part) and helped walk me through how to identify and correct it. Justin Lovely reminded us that the support team would never contact us for private payment information or ask for any additional payment not listed on the quote. Christine consistently followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with our products (we've placed a couple of orders over the last two years).
