Warranty experience
Review updated. Excellent customer service. I initially wrote a very critical review of Travelpro’s warranty based on my experience trying to get my napsack with a defective zipper replaced under warranty. However, a manager at Travelpro customer service stepped in and solved my case. After that, within 1-2 days, Travelpro replaced my napsack immediately with a new one. Very thankful for their help. Of note, I have several other travelpro products that are of very high quality. Again their ability to go above and beyond with their customers is much appreciated.
