They do not even deserve one star. Two claims, two minimum reimbursements. They claimed that purely mechanical issues were electrical. Their own technician was a jerk. Brought the wrong parts and made the problem worse. Then said it would be another 4 -5 weeks to get the correct parts. And we had to pay for that! Could not be without a major appliance for two months. Bought a new one and they refused to pay for it. Almost the same thing on another appliance. They told us if we repaired it instead of buying a new one they would reimburse us. They lied! DO NOT USE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Got two minimum reimbursements. Did not even cover the technician costs. Let alone the actual costs for the appliances or the parts.
