Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when they do respond, it’s never in a timely manner. The delivery process was a complete headache, and the food wasn’t good either. I would never recommend this company to anyone. To make matters worse, they processed two food deliveries within the same week that I enrolled in my membership, resulting in $380 wasted. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven’t been able to get my money back. Overall, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. My first delivery the food was spolied
