My IKEA rug was better quality…great customer service, though!
Update: I worked with their wonderful customer service to trouble shoot my issues. They had lots of tips and tricks to try. They also offered me a partial refund or a gift card of higher value than the refund. Ultimately I chose the partial refund. I have no plans to buy anything anytime soon, that’s why I decided against the gift card. There are so many pretty rugs. I was so excited to finally get one after seeing influencers have boutique rugs for years. The rug pad was decent but came packaged very compact, which made it tricky to unfold. But I managed fine. The rug itself, so pretty. However, the corners began to fringe within two weeks, maybe even a week. I’ve never been able to get it to lay flat without a wrinkle. It’s also unevenly cut on one end just slightly. Which personally drives me crazy. Im so bummed. I gave it a few months and it drives me nuts every day.
