Pleasantly surprised!
I really liked the product I received, beat of all it was exactly what was advertised bc I always worry about that. I'm.t an apartment complex and the first attempt at delivery was unsuccessful; when I saw it on the tracker I thought how am I going to get it now?! Well HermosaHair contacted me directly and let me know that they delivery wasn't made BEFORE I even reached out to customer service at FedEx! They gave me my tracking info and the number to call, they even checked on me after it was delivered to ake sure it was to my satisfaction. This is some GOOD customer service!
