Fabulous Customer Service and Great product!
I've been jaded about ordering products on line until now. The customer service was beyond amazing! The response time was immediate and extremely professional. The experience made me feel like I was talking to a person and not getting an AI generated response. Now for the pillow, I was having high hopes for this pillow and thrilled to say this pillow is amazing! for the first time in 10 years I woke up with absolutely no neck pain! I know that everyone is different but this pillow is worth a try for anyone who is sitting on the fence. It does come with a money back guarantee and based on my experience with customer service I believe that they will honor their commitment to service.
