I had an extremely frustrating experience with ADT. They scheduled a technician to come to my home three separate times, and each appointment was either canceled or they failed to arrive on time. I rearranged my schedule multiple times, only to be left waiting with no reliable service. After dealing with repeated cancellations and missed appointments, I decided I had enough and called to cancel. That’s when I was told I owed a $260 fee because of a one-year contract. The problem is that ADT never upheld their end of that contract. They failed to provide the service they promised and repeatedly wasted my time. It’s unacceptable to expect customers to honor a contract when the company doesn’t honor its own commitments. Between the poor communication, missed appointments, and unexpected cancellation charge, I cannot recommend ADT to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values its customers and keeps its promises.
