My package has been stuck in customs for over two weeks, and I still haven't received my order. At this point, I don't know if I'll ever receive the hair or get my money back. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially because I urgently needed the extensions for an important event. I had no choice but to buy them from another company. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this company again.
