Amanda, my broker, was incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable and kind. She was the kind of person that reminds you that there is a point to having faith in humanity. Thank you for the incredible service and information, Amanda; it helped me choose the right pet insurance package. I know I found the right pet insurance company in Fetch because a human picked up the phone. Sounds like they value their customers because a human picked up the phone and took the time to really highlight the policies and even answer prying questions about the product with confidence. ——— This was a very quick transition after being sorely disappointed after only 2 years at a pet insurance company the truly ended up being a scam (my pets are still quite young). They were not transparent about their business practices, and it took filing a very simple illness claim that was covered under my plan to realize just how much of their business is being automated by artificial intelligence technology: support and claim evaluation with very little interest in the product they’re peddling. They used every gaslighting trick in the book to attempt to avoid resolving my claim. ------ Regardless, I have high hopes for the team at Fetch Insurance, and already feel assured knowing that the coverage is pretty comprehensive before even finding out the clear emphasis they have on customer service at their company. Additionally, they were very forthcoming and prideful about the fact that their claim evaluation, commercial team and customer support are human beings that give a damn about people and their pets.
