Best Buy and FedEx both Suck- - Beware
I wish I could put zero stars after my experience with Best Buy. I spent several thousand dollars on electronics and other items I purchased from Bestbuy.com, only to be completely disappointed in many areas especially their customer service and delivery department. I honestly do not know how this business is even still operating and hasn't completely closed its doors. I cancelled half of my order after on 2 separate dates they failed to deliver my purchases as scheduled. I tried to cancel the rest of my order but since it was through a 3rd party vendor they use, I could not cancel it. Best Buy was not helpful in the slightest and refused to help only stating for me to contact this third-party vendor. Even after FedEx lost or stole my package from the third-party vendor Best Buy still refused to help me. The 3rd party vendor didn't help me, Best Buy refused to help me, and FedEx is about as useful as a corpse and lied stating the package was delivered. Their alleged proof of delivery was a signature of delivery. The funny thing is whomever forged signing my name misspelled my name. Apparently, you don't have to pass a reading, writing, or even a comprehension test to work for FedEx. I would highly recommend never purchasing anything from Best Buy or their 3rd party vendors. I will pay extra if I have too and shop their competitors from now own. Also, I would highly recommend avoiding FedEx as well. These companies are nothing but liars and thieves and should all really be run out of business.
