Poor non stick for higher volume users
Firstly we were sent the wrong coloured pans, then had a lengthy process of sending the incorrect pans back before they would ship what we had paid for. The pots are great and we use them a few times a week. The frying pan was the main reason for purchasing and it has been a disaster, we spend more time cleaning it than using it. We ensure to clean thoroughly then season and it works very well with the first cook. We do a lot of batch cooking and it is just not up to the task. As soon as a second load of chicken/steak/fish goes in, it is like the non stick properties are gone and the pan goes black and it imparts a nasty flavour on food. We then spend 30 minutes cleaning and re-seasoning. Unless we are willing to clean between batches it’s not fit for purpose. Sadly we missed the 30-day return window so we are stuck just using it for the odd steak, which it excels at, and we have returned to our old pans for more elaborate cooks. It’s a real pity as at the price I expected a better performing piece of kit.
