⭐ 1 Star I booked 3 tickets through RedBus for PVS Tours & Travels from Udupi to Mira Road on 18/07/2026. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The PVS bus broke down at around 2:30 AM, and passengers were stranded for nearly 5 hours before a replacement bus arrived. Even after waiting, the replacement bus provided only 2 seats instead of my 3 confirmed seats, and we were asked to "adjust." The bus also did not drop us at our booked destination (Mira Road). Instead, we were dropped at Borivali, forcing me to spend an additional ₹250 on a cab. Overall, I reached my destination approximately 12 hours late. I also contacted RedBus multiple times for support. However, I was not satisfied with the resolution offered. Due to the unresolved issues, I have filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline against both RedBus and PVS Tours & Travels. I am sharing my genuine experience so that other passengers can make an informed decision before booking.
