6Dmask and neck mask
I ordered the neck mask and the 6D face mask. I used both 1 time and the face mask stopped fully illuminating. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send a video, which I did. They confirmed they will send a replacement product. So far, very happy with their customer service! The neck mask seems to be working well but I have not used it enough to see any obvious improvement.
