DISAPPOINTED 🤬I talked to the salesman at Window Nation I pacifically and strongly said I wanted to keep the designs in my front windows, these designs made the house originality . The representative told me I could and it seems that he was telling me one thing and writing another. Unfortunately I had to work the day they came to install the windows. My daughter was home working and when she did look they were replacing the windows with plain double pane windows. She immediately called me and told me what was happening, I immediately called Mr. Trusty the sales rep and try to figure out what was going on. He then tells me that he knows no window company that can do the design in the windows and I told him I did, but why didn’t he tell me this in the first place, I guess the sale was more important than pleasing the customer. I’m am so disappointed and mad I can’t think straight. The bad part about it is that some lady called to confirm the order and the first thing I asked her was did I still have the design in my windows and she said yes. Bottom line is that always go over contract. Because some sales representative can and will be deceitful. Now I’m stuck paying for windows I didn’t even order. Be careful buyer of sale representative with the name Trusty in it, I can’t remember the woman name who confirmed the order, Window Nation re-review your employees. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬
